Have Your Vehicle Information Ready

In order to help us locate your vehicle, knowing the year, make, model, and license plate will make the process easier. And for security reasons, we will need to know the location of your parking violation. Getting you back on the road with your vehicle is our priority.

Provide Proof Of Ownership

Security is our highest priority. Therefore, to release your vehicle, we will require a photo ID, current vehicle registration, or title. All document information must match the photo ID. And if your vehicle registration is in the vehicle, we will escort you to your vehicle to retrieve your registration.
If you are the registered owner’s authorized agent, a notarized letter will be required.

Payment

Paying all impound fees is required for your vehicle to be released. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, debit card, or money order. Please bring exact change if paying on the weekend or after regular business hours. Making your pickup process as simple as we can is our goal.
